Queen Esther Hair Covers Return Policy

If the item ordered is returned with a valid reason for return, Queen Esther Hair Covers will accept the return and pay the return shipping cost. Valid reasons for return include: damaged item, wrong item, item damaged in shipping, and late delivery. If return is honored, Queen Esther Hair Covers will issue a refund within 10 days after receiving the item.

In order to accept a returned item, the following information must be included: 1) the date of purchase order, 2) purchase order number shown on the P.O., 3) buyer’s full name, 4) buyer’s full address, 5) buyer’s full return address, 6) buyer’s telephone number, 7) buyer’s credit card co. and credit card number, 8) your label number of returned item (by UPS only), and 9) the valid reason for return or exchange.
